We began with a small network of families and individuals in Waterbury that needed support to overcome addictions. Central Naugatuck Valley Help, Inc has grown to become a human services agency comprised of sixty five full time staff and seven distinct programs.

We offer mental health and addiction services funded through the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Department of Correction and the Judicial Department. Our services are located in Waterbury, Torrington and Litchfield.
