Central Naugatuck Valley Help, Inc. is a private, non-profit agency that provides a broad range of community mental health services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders. Available Positions

  • Program Monitor with high school diploma or equivalency to work with substance dependent clients in a residential treatment program in Waterbury.  Rotating shifts with some third shift, weekends, and holidays.  Must have a valid CT driver's license.
  • Counselor with B.A. degree in human service related field or A.S. with 2 years relevant field experience to work with substance dependent clients in a residential treatment program in Waterbury.  Rotating shifts with some third shift, weekends, and holidays.  Must have a valid CT driver's license.
  • Case Manager with A.S. degree in human service related field to work with substance dependent clients in a residential treatment program in Waterbury. Must have a valid CT driver's license.
