Clinical Supervisor needed for our Waterbury site

Job Duties

  • To work with clients who have Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health Issues.
  • Residential Programs.
  • LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Review and approve comprehensive treatment plans that are goal directed, measurable, and achievable.
  • Review clinical documentation and reports including contact notes, treatment plans, client outcome questionnaires, discharge summaries, and intake documentation as needed.
  • Ensure client records and related documents meet established state/ regulatory requirements and timeframes.
  • Ensure all required billing documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
  • May include a caseload.
  • Make appropriate referrals to other programs.
  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision.
  • Able to work in electronic medical records and have basic computer skills.
  • Provide program leadership and quality assurance.
  • Provide in-services to staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health area.
