From the North: i.e., Torrington, Take Route 8 South to Exit 36. Go left at the end of the exit ramp. Follow the road through the light and continue to the second traffic Thomaston light. Take a right. Proceed through the light and Help, Inc., is located about 200 feet past the light on the right. (large red brick building).

From the West: i.e., Danbury No. 35, Take I-84 to Waterbury, Exit 20 (Route 8 North). Take the first exit.
