Group Home

6 bed community based residential facility individual, group and family counseling daily educational groups focusing on rehabilitation including medication, recovery, community communication, healthcare and safety, life skills, symptom management, anger management, leisure education and relaxation skills supervised, structured activities of daily living discharge planning including referrals for suitable housing, financial support, aftercare counseling and continued mental health treatment
