6 bed community based residential facility individual, group and family counseling daily educational groups focusing on rehabilitation including medication, anger management, anxiety management, dual recovery, identification of emotions, social skills, shopping skills, and health and fitness supervised, structured activities of daily living discharge planning including referrals for suitable housing, financial support, aftercare counseling and continued mental health treatment
