Program Monitor needed for our Waterbury site

With multiple sites throughout the state; Help, Inc. provides residential and non-residential mental health and substance abuse treatment, support and skill development to improve our clients’ quality of life.

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of clients by means of regularly scheduled checks on the wellbeing of clients and the facility.
  • Available for meeting client’s needs as they arise during shift.
  • Assist and participate in various skill-building groups.
  • Work individually with clients on the development of ADL skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely entries into the clients individualized service plan records.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid CT Driver’s License
