Therapists needed for our Waterbury, Torrington, and Danbury sites

With multiple sites throughout the state; Help, Inc. provides residential and non-residential mental health and substance abuse treatment, support and skill development to improve our clients’ quality of life.

This position offers a flexible schedule at an Outpatient Program working with clients who have Substance Use Disorders. Excellent benefits package for Full-Time/ Part-Time Positions. EOE.

 

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families through individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are goal directed, measurable, and achievable.
  • Complete clinical documentation and reports including contact notes, treatment plans, client outcome questionnaires, discharge summaries, and intake documentation as needed.
  • Maintain client records and related documents in accordance with established state/regulatory requirements and time frames.
  • Submit all required billing documentation in a timely manner.
  • Consistently meet case load requirements.
  • Make appropriate referrals to other programs.
  • Participate in individual supervision with Clinical Supervisor.
  • Able to work in electronic medical records and have basic computer skills.
  • Facilitate groups with clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Valid CT Driver’s License
