2017 Multiple Pathways of Recovery Conference

CCAR (Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery) and CART (Center for Addiction Recovery Training) are sponsoring the Multiple Pathways of Recovery Conference, which is designed to educate attendees on different pathways people use to achieve recovery.  These pathways include methods, practices, rituals, programs, belief systems that foster long-term recovery.  The 2017 conference will be held from October 23-26 at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center in Punta Gorda, Florida. Guest speakers include Bill White, John Kelly, Ph.D., Don Coyhis (Red Road to Wellbriety), Mark Lundholm (Comedy), Shannon Egan (Creativity), Ron Tannebaum & Kenny Pomerance (In The Rooms), Dr. Joe Gerstein (SMART Recovery), Ian Acker & Lacey Garcia (Fit 2 Recover), Doug Gould (Faith-Based Recovery), Dr. Rick Davila (Bio Sound Therapy), Njon Weinroth (LifeRing Secular Recovery), Mark Schneider (Moderation Management), Rick Pacukonas (Alcoholics Anonymous), Lisa Hope (Art), Durga Leela (Ayurveda Yoga), Mike Pantalon (Text- Based Progressive Recovery Coaching), Dona Dmitrovic (Narcotics Anonymous), Adrienne Miller (Women For Sobriety), Sandi Coyle (Phoenix MultiSport), and Beth Terrence (Shamanic Healing, Gambling Recovery).
