HELP, Inc. starts Women for Sobriety groups

HELP, Inc. has started Women for Sobriety groups at its Waterbury-based Outpatient program, Renato Network. The groups are designed to assist members with embracing positive lifestyle changes and to help women build self-esteem and gain and maintain sobriety. Women for Sobriety is based on Thirteen Acceptance Statements that encourage emotional and spiritual growth.
