Torrington Students Provide Hats and Gloves for the Homeless

Prior to the snowstorm and extreme low temperatures this past weekend, Torrington students hung yellow scarves and hats on the fence outside St. Peter/ St. Francis School. There was a large sign stating to take a free scarf and some of the scarves and hats had inspirational messages.
