Certified Peer for Adult Residential Substance Use Program
The Certified Peer will have the primary responsibility of being peer support to clients while they are in residential treatment. Works with the clinical team in promoting change within clients so that they may lead healthier lives. This includes the facilitation of peer support groups, individual peer support through sharing of personal experience when appropriate, and client advocacy within clinical team meetings.
Fulltime position – 40 hours per week – Consistent Schedule
Hourly Rate Range – $15.80-$16.34/hour
Qualifications
*Valid CT Driver’s License (Required)
*Associates degree and Peer Support Certification, preferred or High School Diploma and 2 years relevant work experience (Required)
